Health Benefits of Wagyu Beef

Wagyu beef is as nutritious as it is delicious. Here are some of its standout health benefits:

Rich in Monounsaturated Fats (MUFAs)

These "good fats" support heart health and reduce bad cholesterol (LDL) while increasing good cholesterol (HDL).

Omega-3 and Omega-6 Fatty Acids

Essential for heart, brain, and lung health, these nutrients promote overall well-being and even improve mood. Our beef has been selectively bred to have higher Omega-3  fatty acids while reducing Omega-6 fatty acids.
